Where are you working?
Planning for a whole team?
The team planner ranks cities by the hours your whole team is online together, the wifi and the weather — then keeps watching: a forecast re-score every morning, and a Monday brief when the clocks change.

Marked figures are counted from the database as this page loads — not rounded-up marketing numbers. Unmarked figures are facts about how the app is built.
Demo datasetThe launch registry is seeded so there’s something to click through. Every seeded report carries that tag on the spot page and is attributed to no real person — genuine reports run the same pipeline and replace them as they arrive.
A Work-From-Here score, not a vibe
“Could I work from Lisbon in August?” is six questions pretending to be one. RWA answers all six — weather, cost, visa, safety, measured wifi and the hours you’d actually share with your team — then fuses them into a single 0–100 number and tells you exactly how it got there.
The six signals
Weights shown are the engine’s real defaults- Team overlap30% weight
- Cost of living20% weight
- Wifi20% weight
- Weather10% weight
- Visa10% weight
- Safety10% weight
Weighted for the trip you’re planning
The engine shifts the weights by what the trip is for. Each bar is a whole score, split six ways. The team planner scores the three it has data for (overlap, wifi and weather) and renormalises them.
- Team offsiteTeam overlap 40%
- Focus tripWifi 28%
- Client visitTeam overlap 32%
Colours match the six signals. Weights from the engine’s code, as it scores today.
The live engine runs on your dates, your team’s timezones, Open-Meteo climate data and the wifi speeds filed against spots in that city. Signals with no data are dropped and the remaining weights renormalised, so a thin city still gets an honest score.
Search, score, then give it back
Search where you are
Open the registry, filter by what you actually need — fast wifi, power at the seat, quiet enough for calls — and see what's near you.
Or score where you're going
Add a candidate city to a trip and the engine returns a Work-From-Here score with a plain-English rationale and a full signal breakdown.
Work, then file a report
Log the wifi you measured, the sockets you found and whether you were welcome for four hours. Points, badges and a better registry for everyone.
Somewhere to sit in the next ten minutes
The planner is for where your team goes next month. The spot finder is for this afternoon: pick what matters this hour and it lists the places you can walk to, nearest first. Here’s the shape of it, with sample data.
Drop a pin or pick a station and RWA lists the spots you can actually reach on foot — nearest first, matched to what you need this hour.

Know before you go
No more turning up to a dead plug socket and wifi that drops on your first call — and no more booking a month somewhere that turns out to be six hours off your team.

RWA never estimates or scrapes a spot. A venue’s wifi, power, noise and light scores are computed only from filed reports — which is why an unrated spot says “unrated” rather than inventing four-and-a-half stars.
The launch dataset is seeded, so there’s a registry to explore rather than an empty map. Every seeded report is tagged Demo dataset on the spot page and is attributed to no real person. Real reports go through exactly the same pipeline and pull the averages towards the truth as they land.

File the report you wish you’d found
Sat down, tested the wifi, found the plugs? Two minutes logging what you measured turns your afternoon into the write-up the next person searches for — and the moment you submit, you see how your reading stacked up against the room.
How your reading compared
Illustrative- You measured 62 Mbps — faster than the ~48 the room averaged
- Power and quiet matched the room.
What an account gets you
Browsing the registry, the team planner and the free tools need no account at all. Signing in adds the parts that are personal to you — nothing more.

Tools you can use before you commit
Not everything needs a login. Count your Schengen days, work through the trip checklist, or dig into the practical stuff — all free, and the calculator runs entirely in your browser.
How many Schengen days do you have left?
A free 90/180 calculator across all 29 Schengen countries. Enter your stays and it counts what you’ve used and what’s left — on your device, with no account and nothing sent anywhere.

Fill your quiet hours
Nine to five on a Tuesday is dead time for most cafés and half-empty for most coworking spaces. Remote workers are looking for exactly that — they just need to know your wifi holds and your laptop policy is friendly.
- Free listing with type, area and laptop policy
- Be found by people specifically looking to work
- Ratings built from structured reports, not drive-by stars
